Warranty

INNAYA offers Warranty on all products and parts we sell as per below:

  • Our 3D Holographic Projector Range > 30 days (from the day order was received)
  • Our Long Distance Projector Range > 30 days (from the day order was received)

General Information:

  1. Only the original owner of the product is covered by this Warranty. The Warranty Period begins the day your order is shipped and shall end immediately upon any sale or transfer of the product to another person.
  2. The Warranty is limited to the replacement of product parts only. The product parts are referred to as the "Covered Components".
  3. The parts warranty does not include damage from use of improper installation, improper maintenance or another such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
  4. The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
  2. Consumables or normal wear and tear parts.
  3. Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, operator error, water damage, or improper maintenance.
  4. INNAYA will not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

Claims Process:

INNAYA will not replace any covered component without first seeing photos or video of the damaged component.

  1. Contact INNAYA support at orders@innaya.store. We will work with you to identify potential simple fixes.
  2. If a Covered Component must be replaced, we will provide instructions for receiving the replacement.
  3. We will provide assistance in replacing or installing the new Covered Component.
  4. Under appropriate circumstances, we will replace your entire unit upon receiving the item returned in full.
  5. Any issues must be reported within the 30-day warranty period. After this period, the unit will no longer be covered.
