USA orders arrives within 8 to 17 days.
Canada orders arrives within 7 to 17 days.
UK orders arrive within 7 to 14 days.
Australia & NZ orders arrive within 6 to 14 days.
Europe orders arrive within 10 to 19 days (EU Customers must pay VAT clearance for orders above 150 euros).
Asia orders arrive within 7 to 15 days
UAE orders arrive within 8 to 15 days

IMPORTANT: Due to high demand during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and our end of year sale, shipping times may be delayed, please allow up to 7 days for order preparation and processing after payment. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to process your order as quickly as possible

Above shipping times are approx. Once your item is processed and handed over to the carrier, we hold no responsibility over any carrier, customs or local authority delays beyond our control. Please use your provided tracking number for updates with the carrier.

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We ship worldwide, and here's the best bit... it's 100% free no matter where you live! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts and climate neutral postage, we post all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our products are made.

Eliminating extra fulfilment centres might mean your order will take a tad longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

Shipping Disclaimers

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Paid lost or delayed insurance does not cover you in the event of incorrect addresses being provided.

3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

7. Failure to Collect: If your carrier cannot deliver to your delivery address and no one is available for collection, the goods will be delivered to your local post office and you will be notified. If you do not collect from your local post office within their required time, your goods will be returned to the local carriers warehouse and destroyed. We hold no responsibility here and cannot issue refunds should you fail to collect your items in time

8. We offer free shipping on all products, however if your location is classifed as remote with our shipping carriers on oversized products - your order may be subject to a remote shipping fee, subject to the cost quoted by the shipping carrier..
