A display device, an animation asset and a mounting accessory are different purchases. Before comparing prices, identify which one the selected listing describes and what its stated contents include.
A catalog can show all three in the same browsing session. Similar images or a shared brand name do not turn separate items into a complete installation package. This FAQ helps you ask the right question before adding anything to your project plan.
How do I identify a physical display listing?
Look for the exact device model, its selected option and the stated package contents. Record the quantity of devices and any included components. If the page does not provide a complete packing list, ask for one rather than assuming the demonstration shows everything supplied.
For example, the INNAYA H16 listing names a display product. That is a useful starting point for a model-specific question; it is not a substitute for confirming the accessories, site requirements and content needed for your particular project.
If you have narrowed the hardware choice to these two models, our H16 and H23 comparison brings their listed basics and a purchase checklist together.
Is an animation preview the same as buying a display?
No. A digital animation or graphic listing concerns the content asset described in that offer. A preview can illustrate what the content looks like without including a physical device, installation or custom editing service.
INNAYA's 3D graphics collection is a separate place to browse content. Before purchasing an asset, confirm the delivered files, usage terms, intended playback model and technical requirements. Do not infer compatibility from the preview's appearance.
Does a file extension prove that an animation will play correctly?
No. A filename ending is only one part of a delivery specification. Ask for the requirements of the exact playback model and software, then have the content provider confirm the proposed export against those requirements.
Keep the approved delivery specification with the project. A successful preview on a laptop does not establish that the intended device will reproduce it correctly. The content handoff folder guide explains how to keep the approved file and its supporting information together.
Can I choose an accessory just because it says H-Series?
Ask for exact compatibility. A family name does not tell you which revision, size, mount or other component a particular accessory is intended to fit. Send the full device model and the accessory link when you ask.
The H-Series case is separately listed. Its listing should prompt questions about the specific case, device and installation conditions. Do not infer weather protection, a safe mounting arrangement or suitability for public access from a category name or illustration.
What does a bundle need to specify?
A useful bundle description names each included item and its quantity. It should distinguish physical products from digital files and services, identify the selected models, and make exclusions clear.
For a fictional example, “one display plus one animation file” describes two deliverables. It does not tell you whether a stand, installation or future editing is included. This example illustrates how to read scope; it is not an INNAYA offer.
What should I ask when the listing is unclear?
Try this: “For [product link] with [selected option], please confirm the exact items and quantities supplied, whether anything is digital, and which additional components or services are required for the proposed setup. My device model is [model, if already owned].”
Add questions about delivery, content licensing and installation only where they matter to your plan. Keep a written response tied to the exact listing or quote. A general answer about the product range may not resolve the selected configuration.
How do I compare the total project?
Use our hologram display quote comparison worksheet to separate equipment, accessories, content and services. It gives you a place to record exclusions and responsibilities without guessing at a universal installation package.
The right next step may be a clarification rather than a purchase. Send the product links and unresolved scope questions to INNAYA before making assumptions about what arrives or who will set it up.
